At the forefront of our in-studio experience is our Front Desk team. Our FD crew ensures that all clients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they enter the studio. We are looking for individuals who will add value to our community and show up for AXL and each other, not just as employees but as teammates.
POSITION: PART TIME
REQUIREMENTS:
Provide high level customer service to AXL clients
Successfully carry out class check in process along with opening and closing duties
Support axl instructors in providing clients with a seamless and memorable experience
Perform bike fittings
Be a team player and promote camaraderie
Promote and maintain the AXL culture and community atmosphere
Can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Regularly attend team building events, monthly team meetings and trainings outside of normal shift
Able to work a non-traditional schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
