Work hard. Recover harder. Create a weekly ritual that incorporates an intentional “reset” using our top of the line sauna rooms, available in the women’s and men’s locker rooms at our studio. Infrared sauna is one of the most pleasurable and effective ways to support your immunity, deepen sleep and boost skin and hemodynamic health.

What is an infrared sauna?

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. They use infrared lamps and electromagnetic (healthy) radiation to warm your body directly, to penetrate six-inches beyond the skin and trigger cellular turnover. Infrared technology relieves inflammation – from joints to tissues. It has a unique impact on the body because it increases blood circulation, allowing deep, penetrating infrared heat to relax muscles and carry off metabolic waste products through sweating.

Benefits from the sauna are triggered after about 20 minutes. The heat is tolerable up to 25 minutes for most people, which is our maximum session time.

We do not recommend showering directly after your sauna, but waiting about 30 minutes to rinse off. If tolerable, a cold shower is recommended for the continued benefits of hot/cold therapy.
