We are excited to announce our 2nd Annual Sweat Fest, taking place on Saturday, September 7th at the beautiful LoPresti Pier.It’ll be a day full of fun, fitness and fresh air.
WHAT GOES ON?
Get ready to kick the day off with our signature DIRTY30 RIDE that will get your heart rate up and your vibes high. You’ll then head to a 30-minute SCULPT session designed to strengthen and tone. Finally, we’ll wind down with a refreshing 30-minute STRETCH that incorporates vinyasa moves to help you relax and rejuvenate.
The best part: when you’re done, stick around to shop, eat, and drink with local pop-up shops!

Choose your preferred start time, you'll then rotate to 30-minutes of SCULPT with Delaney, then ending with 30-minutes of STRETCH with Alex!
SCULPT
After your 30-minute beat-focused DIRTY30 RIDE, you'll find yourself on your mat honed in on your upper body and core strength with weight, towel and body-weight movements. RIDE then SCULPT strategically increases your cardio stamina and isolates specific muscle groups to build strength, giving you a true total body workout.
STRETCH
Using Pilates and yoga principles, this combination focuses on the breath, precise movements, proper alignment, and core muscles as we flow through the workout. This class blends yoga with resistance training, using bands that help maintain better balance, deeper relaxation, improved flexibility, and most importantly a stronger connection with your body.
