When you’re done, stick around to shop, eat and drink with local pop ups.
HOW TO SIGN UP
Then head to our schedule and book your bike. You can choose a start time of 8:30am, 9:10am or 9:50am.
Note: You do not need to book times for the other 2 workouts, you will rotate from cycle, to strength to yoga with 10 minute breaks in between!
