Short and intense, this is a class tailored to achieve fast results. You will hit your hills, sprints, intervals all in the space of 30 minutes. No arms song, no moment song. Just a maximized cardio workout, designed to get you in and out.
Power Ride
This format is for those who want a little less dance party and a little more interval work. Clip in for 45 minutes of hills, sprints, jumps- and maybe a tapback or two. Find your limit. Then push past it.
Fire Ride
The hotter the ride, the harder you work. The vibe is a little… Bikram meets Kanye meets Queen. The bass is bumping, the room is HOT, and you are strapped in for 45 minutes of the sweatiest detox ride of your week.
AXL Strength
The perfect 30 minute complement to your work on the bike. Our Strength series will train every major muscle group of your body in each workout. We alternate our strength training focus (upper body, lower body, and full body) to help improve your overall body strength and burn fat. AXL Strength is currently only available on LIVE.
