RESERVATION POLICIES:

Once you’ve signed up for a class using our website, app, or ClassPass and you have an account with us, you should receive a confirmation email with details about the class. If you haven’t received an email, then feel free to give us a call to confirm! Once confirmed, we will hold your bike until the start of class.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand things come up, so we try to be as fair as possible. If you know you can’t make a class, give us a call and we will cancel your reservation. As long as you’ve given us 12 hours or more, you won’t be charged a fee and you’ll still keep your credit toward a different class. However, for a ‘late cancellation’ or ‘no-show’ you will be charged a $15.00 fee, but you won’t lose a credit toward your next class.

CHECK-IN:

We encourage everyone to show up for class 5 minutes early. If this is your first time riding with us, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a rundown of the studio, get you fitted for shoes, and get you situated on a bike. If you haven’t checked in at the start of class, your spot will be forfeited to our waitlisted riders and you will be charged a fee. Running late? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with you Please note, the absolute latest we will allow someone to enter a class is 5 minutes after it starts, even if you’ve already checked in.

COVID UPDATE: We are temporarily not allowing any late entries into class for the sake of social responsibility during COVID. If you are late, you will be marked as a "late cancel" and assessed a fee. Additionally, we are asking that riders show up to the studio no EARLIER than 5 minutes before their class is due to start in order to minimize crowding and maintain social distancing at the studio.
