FAQs
Do I need to create an account in order to take a class?
Yes. All riders must create their own account and sign our Liability Waiver prior to taking any of our classes. We do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to take our classes.16 and 17 year olds must show up in person at the studio with a parent/guardian to sign the liability waiver before taking their first class. Once you’ve registered, signing up for a class is a breeze!

When can I book my first ride?
Once you’ve registered on our site or via our app, you will have access to our schedule and can book your classes a week in advance. Our suggestion: book your spot(s) early in the week- classes will fill up quickly!
What should I know before my first class?
Get excited! We can’t WAIT to have you come by and experience what the hype is all about here at AXL. Since the rider determines the intensity of his/her/their class, new and advanced spinners alike will find their own challenge in each class they take. There are hills, sprints, hand weights, and core work all in a 45 (or 30 or 60!) minute session set to the hottest beats. Your bike comes equipped with micro and macro resistance dials, allowing you to customize your workout. Choreography during the ride makes things fun, but is entirely optional. Crank up the resistance, keep your legs pumping, and you’ll leave sweatier and stronger than when you walked in!
How do I make purchases? Can I keep my card on file?
Once you register and sign up for a class, we do require you to keep a card on file. If you would like to purchase additional rides, retail, or water bottles, we can simply charge it to the card on file.
Okay, I just signed up for my first class! When should I arrive?
We encourage everyone to show up for class 5 minutes early. If this is your first time riding with us, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a rundown of the studio, get you fitted for shoes, and get you situated on your bike. If you haven’t checked in at the start of class, your spot will be released to our waitlisted riders and you will be charged a fee. Running late? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to hold your bike. Please note, the absolute latest we will allow someone to enter a class is 5 minutes after it starts, even if you’ve already checked in.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just a positive attitude and a water bottle! We have a purified water station so you can stay hydrated. We also sell bottles of water if you forget to bring your own. Clip-in shoes are available to you at no additional cost; socks are available for purchase at the front desk. We also have complimentary towels, ear plugs, hair ties, and energy bars. If you’re heading to work (or to brunch!) after your class, feel free to use our Freshen-Up bar stocked with Kiehl’s and R&Co products.
